This was my first time buying in this website and I must say I'm really impressed. The order took 4 weeks to arrive (from the third of june till the 30th) and the product is top quality as far as I can tell and also the admins were patient and polite enough to wait for my payment despite being unable to procced with it for a couple days.
Will buy again.

Решил заказать модели оссиархов, все приехало за 6 дней ( включая 3 дня обработки заказа). Качество волшебное, всё сделано на высшем уровне. Единственный неприятный момент, в наборе с мортек гвардией положили не гвшные 25 мм базы, а базы с прорезью и чуть большим диаметром, 28мм

I placed an order amid all the corona problems to cheer myself up with some models I've been after for a long time, order placed on 19/05, quickly moved to despatched after being paid, but seemed stuck in the postal service, knowing this delay was possible with what's happening with post around the world currently, I wasn't concerned, expecting a wait of up to 2 months. My package arrived today 26/06.

So that's a lite over 5 weeks to reach the UK

I'm very very impressed with both packaging and quality of the models, sometimes you expect issues with these models but these are perfect from what I can see, each individually bagged with any little troublesome parts also wrapped in paper

They're sat soaking in washing up liquid waiting to be assembled!

If you d have any concerns I can happily say I'll definitely be ordering again soon!

Сделал пробный заказ и был приятно удивлен.
Детализация на высоте. Качество отличное. Материал прочный. Всё супер, кроме 32мм подставки.
Она яйцевидной формы).
Если бы не подставка, было бы 5 звёзд.
Но сама модель топчик.

Хорошее качество без серьёзный дефектов. Единственное нарекание: кладут в заказ подставки только 40 мм, даже там где нужны 32 мм или 28.5 мм.

Разместил заказ на ряд моделей и дополнительных деталей для конверсии. Цены приемлемые. Качество сервиса и итоговой продукции очень порадовало. Стоит отметить, что оно выше чем у большинства конкурентов. Хочется пожелать магазину расширения ассортимента и новых клиентов. А для повышения лояльности старых возможно стоит рассмотреть различные акции, например "при покупке двух позиций-третья в подарок" :-)

Сделал пробный заказ и....просто в шоке. Если бы не знал, что покупаю не оригинал, не отличил бы.Качество- GW, но тут не нужно срезать с литников. Сдвигов нет, пузырей нет, материал прочный. Упаковка уровень- "Как для себя". Были конечно, маленькие проблемы с почтой, но это мелочь, все равно пришло НАМНОГО быстрей. 2-3 дня против обычных 2-3 недель. В общем, мое уважение данной мастерской. Буду брать еще однозначно

I'm happy to say that my belated, due to Covid-19 craziness mind you, order arrived today. As is natural for my first buy from this site I poured all over trying to see how good the quality is. And all I have to say is just wow. That stuff is FW tier quality to say the least and would have arrived really fast too weren't it for the current epidemic slowing mail down a notch. Of course some really minor discrepancies exist at parts but these were hidden parts of the mini like say, the head well of my DAngels Leviathan Dreadnought. Meaning that ultimately all the exposed miniature surfaces, the ones that really matter are sublime. Most of the stuff barely needs any heat treatment to bend in shape or sth. Overall the quality is extremely good and the only people that'd probs have trouble putting the bigger, more complex models together from here are new modellers with limited experience. Keep rocking Dark Miniatures

You sir are a god amongst men! I have bought the original Sanguinius from FW but am hesitant to paint that up yet as my skills are not upto scratch (recently got back into the hobby) so I thought I would give this site a try and buy another Sanguinius here so if I mess up, no big deal. I mush say, as a side by side comparison that I would not be able to tell which was from FW and which from Dark Miniatures. So much so that I have placed another order that has come today for extra shoulder pads, heads, hard to find Knight Models and also a very hard to find SM character. Will I be ordering again? Hell yeah! Keep up the excellent work!

Качества литья - супер! Однако. Заказывали 4 позиции, из которых 2 пришли совершенно не те, и, судя по номерам моделей, упаковщик спешил и перепутал. в одной позиции отличается одна буква, в другой одна цифра. На почту написали, пока не знаем, как решиться вопрос

Качеств фигурок очень радует, особенная благодарность за отличную упаковку самой посылки, ибо так много пленки я не видел давно. Сами фигурки отлично собираются, все детали отлично подходят к друг другу без всяких стандартных огрех литья. Так же радует сама цена на фигурки, ведь некоторые одиночные оригинальные модели немного... Дорогие. Но тут цена намного меньше, что невероятно радует. Детализация просто отличная, огромное вам спасибо.

Качество очень высокое для модели любой сложности. Хороший материал смолы - легко обрабатывается, облоя и смещений практически нет, - для моделиста пустяк... Последний мой заказ № 13997 - доставка очень быстрая; несмотря на немалое количество позиций, комплектность полная. При этом, что для коллекционера очень важно, - цена на некоторые представленные эксклюзивные модели ниже в десять раз, чем на многих торговых площадках! Ну и что, что не оригинал, - под красивым покрасом и не заметишь, т.к. детализация Вашего товара на высоте! Я очень доволен. Спасибо!
